辽宁省外国专家局成立于2000年5月(前身是辽宁省引进国外智力办公室)，是辽宁省人事厅领导的综合管理引进国外智力工作的机构。     Liaoning Provincial Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs(LAFEA) was established in May 2000 on the basis of Liaoning Provincial Office of Introducing Foreign Expertise.As an administrative section of Liaoning Provincial Department of Personnel in charge of introducing foreign expertise.
